Initial meeting to gather position requirements.

We like to start the process with gaining a good understanding of your requirements, we are happy to help create a job description if required. The more we understand your business and your company culture, the better we can create specific search criteria to ensure we get the right mix of skills and personality to perfectly fit your business needs.


Talent search

Through a combination of advertising, industry contacts, database and market searches we identify and screen potential candidates.


Provide candidate shortlist

Our clients only receive details of suitable candidates, all are extensively screened to ensure they meet the position requirements. These candidates are our best fit for you and we believe they closely match your business needs. We know your time is valuable and we will not waste it with subpar applicants.


Client Interviews

For long term assignments we can organise and set up suitable times for you to meet with our candidates, these can be face to face or video interviews to suit your availability and preference.


Reference checking

For temporary assignments are candidates are reference checked prior to being presented, details of their reference checks are available to our clients if required.


Drug and Alcohol testing if required

Team Orange offers a drug, alcohol and medical testing programme, if required, for our customers. Additional tests such as credit checks or police checks can also be arranged if required.


Assignment Confirmation

Details of the temporary assignment are confirmed with both the client and candidate with a start date confirmed.


Client review

We will stay in regular contact with both our client and candidate throughout the duration of the assignment.
