The Permanent Recruitment Process

Initial meeting to gather position requirements.

We like to start the process with gaining a good understanding of your requirements, we are happy to help create a job description if required. The more we understand your business and your company culture, the better we can create specific search criteria to ensure we get the right mix of skills and personality to perfectly fit your business needs.


Talent search

Through a combination of advertising, industry contacts, database and market searches we identify and screen potential candidates.

Provide candidate shortlist

Our clients only receive details of suitable candidates, all are extensively screened to ensure they meet the position requirements. These candidates are our best fit for you and we believe they closely match your business needs. We know your time is valuable and we will not waste it with subpar applicants.


Client Interviews

We will organise and set up suitable times for you to meet with our candidates, these can be face to face or video interviews to suit your availability and preference. Some clients are happy with one interview others a keen for multiple and we will work in with yourselves and your interview preferences.


Reference checking

The lead candidates are now reference checked to double check the information provided and to provide reassurance they will indeed be the right fit. You will be provided with a full reference report and we will highlight any potential red flags. If you have any specific areas you wish to dig deeper in to at the reference check we can work with you to ensure we explore these as part of our process.


Drug and Alcohol testing if required

Team Orange offers a drug, alcohol and medical testing programme, if required, for our customers. Additional tests such as credit checks or police checks can also be arranged if needed.


Employment Contract Issued

The successful applicant will receive the job offer and a start date will be confirmed. We offer a 3 month placement guarantee in the event of the unforeseen.


Client review

After placement we will check in with both candidate and client to ensure both expectations have been met and if not we will work to resolve. We are only satisfied when all parties are happy.
