20+ years ago Tracey took the leap into the recruitment industry and she is now a respected, experienced recruiter who has successfully found candidates for a wide range of positions across multiple industries from local and global candidate markets.

For the past few years she has been working with some of the most exciting companies to emerge from New Zealand, partnering with them to manage their recruitment as they go through periods of rapid growth. 

Roles recruited have covered all aspects of operations, engineering, science and other technical disciplines, with the search for the very best candidates frequently involving a global focus in order to attract the calibre of candidate and skills required.

This has been some of the most exciting and challenging recruitment Tracey has undertaken and with that has come the great satisfaction in finding the right person just when they are needed most. Tracey fully understands that after a great concept and capital investment, finding the right people is the key to creating and growing a successful business and working closely with business owners and their management team as they hit their milestones is both very rewarding and exciting.
